Towing

If in doubt as to whether your vehicle is safe to drive after an accident, it is highly recommended that it be towed to Impact Auto Body from the accident scene. Additional damage caused by driving may not be covered under the insurance policy. Sometimes the police will have the vehicle towed from the scene of the accident to an impound lot that is under contract with that particular city. The cost of this towing is generally covered by your insurance policy.

Whenever possible, Impact Auto Body's staff will make all the towing arrangements for you. If your damaged vehicle is already at a storage lot, it may be necessary for you to call the company that performed the original tow and have the vehicle released to us. Most insurance companies will cover the cost of two tows as part of the insurance claim.
