Tom Butka - Operations Manager

Tom Butka is the General Manger at Impact Auto Body. He has been in the body shop profession since the early 1970's and has been at Impact since 1993. He is I-CAR certified & also has a certification in welding and air conditioning. He has attended numerous management classes and continues to attend classes to ensure that Impact Auto Body remains a progressive repair facility.

He is married and has 2 children. Tom is originally from Michigan and has lived in Arizona since 1993. His hobbies include horses, water skiing and shooting sports.

"I like the business organization and philosophy of Impact Auto Body. Also, I like the quality of our repairs and service that we provide to our customers."

Mike Allen - Customer Service Representative

Mike Allen is one of Impact Auto Body's estimators/customer service representatives. He has been in the body shop field since 1993. His experience includes working for another body shop for 5 years and then working as an insurance appraiser for 5 years after that.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Mike has lived in Arizona since 2000. He is married and has 2 children. His hobbies include quad riding and camping.

Jason is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and has lived in Arizona since 1988. He is married and has 2 children. His hobbies are camping/being outdoors, quad riding and sports, especially baseball. He would like to pursue flying airplanes.

Dana Krueger - Customer Service Assistant

Dana is the 1st person you meet either on the phone or when you come into our shop. She has been with Impact since January of 2009. Her past experience includes working as an executive assistant.

Born & raised in Michigan, Dana moved to Arizona in 2000. She has attended ASU and her hobbies include hiking, camping and relaxing at the lake.
