Impact Auto Body monitors customer satisfaction through an independent company called Phoenix Solutions. The customer is contacted approximately one week after they pick up their repaired vehicle and are asked ten questions relating to quality and service. Impact is emailed immediately if the customer has any concerns or problems.

Our Customer Satisfaction Index rating for the last twelve months is 97%, well over the national average for the collision repair industry.
