Billing & Payment Information

Insurance Payments
There is a great deal of variance as to how insurance companies handle payments for collision repairs. Many companies are billed directly after repairs have been completed and you are back in your vehicle. Others will issue payments before any work is started.

Your Customer Service Representative can give you the details regarding the payment procedures of the insurance company paying for your collision damage repairs. Impact Auto Body's front office staff is experienced at helping you through this portion of the claims process.

If an insurance company issues you a check, we recommend you do not cash it. We will generally accept these checks as payment when you pick up your vehicle.

Customer Payments
The following forms of payment are accepted:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express
• Personal Checks to $500.00 (Must be a local check accompanied by a valid AZ Drivers license)
• Cashiers Check
• Money Order
• Cash or Debit Card

All repair work must be paid in full prior to picking up the vehicle unless arrangements have been made in advance to bill the insurance company direct.

The person listed on the credit card or check must be present when payments are made.
